1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary consumption. By ordering you confirm that you are a qualified buyer and that the products will be handled only in an appropriate professional or laboratory setting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to order from this site. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use is unlawful or unsafe.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to keep pricing and stock accurate, but where an item is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you and offer an amended order, a substitution or a full refund. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders placed before the daily cut-off dispatch within one business day. Tracking is provided by email. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; we cannot recover parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

6. Returns and guarantee

If a product does not meet the specification stated on its certificate of analysis, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the case and arrange a replacement where appropriate. Because of the nature of these materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Contact support before returning anything so we can issue instructions.

7. Product information and certificates

Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory and a certificate of analysis is made available. Purity figures relate to the tested batch. Descriptions on this site summarise published research and are provided for reference only; they are not usage instructions, dosing guidance or medical advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product outside a laboratory research setting, or from failure to follow appropriate handling and safety practice.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy . We do not sell customer data.
